Payment via recurring ACH withdrawals from your designated account
How does it work? 
Your HOA dues and/or Community Special Assessment will be deducted from your designated account according monthly.
 
What do I need to do?
Go to your Vantaca portal to choose your preferred method of payment.

How does it work?
You write a check, mail it in every time your payment is due. 

What do I need to do?
Write a check payable to your homeowners association and mail it along with your payment coupon to the address below. Important: Include your address on your check.

Your Bank’s Online BillPay
What do I need to do?
Set up the community as the payee in your online BillPay system. Please include your account number on all checks.
