Unfortunately, legal disputes and compliance issues can arise in any community. When they do, CCM is here to help you navigate the process with confidence and professionalism. We act as a buffer and a resource for the Board, handling the administrative burden of legal actions so you don’t have to face them alone.

Magistrate and Attorney Coordination

Custom Community Management will take charge of the necessary procedural steps, including coordinating and preparing all required documentation related to civil actions and appearing at the Magistrate’s office to present testimony on behalf of the Association, as permitted. If the situation escalates, we will work directly with the Association’s attorney to provide all necessary documentation in support of legal action. Our goal is always to make sound recommendations that resolve resident issues efficiently and fairly.

Cranberry Community Management Co. will:

  • File all necessary paper work with the local Magistrate’s office regarding the civil action
  • Appear at the Magistrate’s office to present testimony
  • Work with your HOA’s Attorney (if needed) to present all paperwork for legal action
  • Make sound recommendations when resolving resident issues
