Getting Started with VANTACA


With the new system, you’ll be able to:

  • View your account
  • Pay your bills
  • Submit work requests and alteration requests
  • Receive important community emails
  • See upcoming events and community calendars
  • Access HOA documents…and more!

You have the option to use this system as much or as little as you like, but we ask that everyone signs up. This platform will become the main way for us to communicate with you, and it will make everything faster and more efficient going forward.

To begin, you’ll need to create your account. Please follow these simple steps:

  1. Click on the link below to get started:
    https://home.cranberrypm.com/login
    On the login page, click “Sign In”.

  2. You will be directed to a “Set Up Account” page.

  3. Select “Don’t have an account number or registration key?” and fill out your information.

  4.  After submitting, you will receive an account number or registration key. Once you receive this, complete your registration, and you’re all set!

Assessments & Payment Methods

You can make payments using any of the following methods:

  • ACH (Automatic Bank Transfer)
  • Check: Make checks payable to Adams Pointe North Village
    and send to: PO Box 5337, Deptford, NJ 08096
  • Special Assessment (if applicable) – to be paid via check where/when applicable
