Your HOA dues will be deducted from your designated account according monthly.

What do I need to do?
Log onto www.home.cranberrypm.com and select “Enrol” under Auto Draft.

How does it work?
You write a check, enclose a coupon and mail it in every time your payment is due. 

What do I need to do?
Write a check payable to your homeowners association and mail it along with your payment coupon to the address listed below. Important: Include your address on your check.

Your Bank’s Online Billpay
What do I need to do?
Set up the community as the payee in your online billpay system.  No coupon is necessary, but please include your account number on all checks.
