Your HOA dues and/or Community Special Assessment will be deducted from your designated account according monthly.

Log onto www.home.cranberrypm.com and select “Enroll”.

How does it work?
You write a check and mail it in every time your payment is due. 

What do I need to do?
Write a check payable to your homeowners association and mail it to the address below. Important: Include your address on your check.

Set up the community as the payee in your online BillPay system.  No coupon is necessary, but please include your account number on all checks.
